Aromas of ripe, dark blackberries fruits and rum and raisin chocolate with a touch of regional menthol and eucalypt adding complexity.

Generous and sweet upfront dark fruits on the palate. Lifted spirit and fine tannins leave a balanced finish that finishes dry.

Enjoy as an aperitif with a charcuterie board or as an after dinner wine with hard cheeses.
